This photo of fog rolling down the mountain is really cool. It is my favorite of the three pictures. I like the contrast of the lit up mountain side with the dark side. The lighting is really nice. Its kinda red i think though. This picture also made me think of the seven rules we learned. I thought of the rule stating diagonal lines are more appealing than straight. The photographer definitely accomplished this.

I really like the colors in this photo. The blues and greens all around and the dark rock. Its pretty cool. I did not like how blurry the picture was. It is interesting the way the only thing in focus is the rock I like that part. I know the photographer probably meant to make it this way but it kind of looks like he dropped his camera in the water then took the picture. Also the sky is rather blurry. This is probably due to the length of the shutter speed. I am not sure if I would have taken this photo at that long of a shutter speed. However, I don't know because I was not there taking pictures and seeing what looked best. Still a cool picture.

This picture is quite simple. It is of a red squirrel jumping, hence the name 'Jumping Red Squirrel'. I imagine that this photo was rather hard to get. The squirrel is very clear for being in mid-air. The colors are nice and the photographer used the rule of thirds quite nicely, having the wood in the foreground the squirrel right in the middle and background at the top. The only thing I didn't really like was the way the wood was so fuzzy. If there was any way to make it clearer I would have. However, I am not sure how possible that would be. I really liked this picture.
